Washing separator VSV

Washing separator VSV is designed for deflaking, final screening and washing of rejects coming from primary cleaners in waste paper processing lines. It runs periodically in programmable mode comprising of following operations: water inlet, stock processing, deflaking, washing and reject discharge. It is not necessary to separate the washed reject, it must be only thickened - e.g. on the vibrating screen.

Design

Washing separator VSV is designed for deflaking, final screening and washing of rejects coming from primary cleaners in waste paper processing lines. It runs periodically in programmable mode comprising of following operations: water inlet, stock processing, deflaking, washing and reject discharge. It is not necessary to separate the washed reject, it must be only thickened - e.g. on the vibrating screen. Washing separator VSV is standardly equipped with sorting screen PAPSCREEN, having a utility model protection and delivered with bores of diameters of 1.8; 2.2 and 2.5 mm. Separators are based on similar design conception and particular types differ from each other in size of functional elements. 

Following types complete an integrated family:

  • VDT-10 - functional elements with diameter of 400 mm

  • VDT-20 - functional elements with diameter of 500 mm

  • VDT-30 - functional elements with diameter of 600 mm

Material

  • all parts coming in contact with the stock (input chamber, work chamber, machine unit) are made of stainless steel

  • other machine parts are made of structural steel

  • external surfaces are protected against corrosion with two-component polyurethane coating

Main parts

  • input chamber: only in sizes VSV-10, VSV-20, work chamber (1)

  • machine unit: output chamber (2), sealed with filling stuffing box

  • functional elements: screen (3)

  • wiped by vaned rotor (4); machine bedding (5)

  • stand (6)

  • V-belt drive with guard (7)

  • electric motor (8)

Accessories

  • pneumatic fixtures DN1; DN2; DN3; DN4 (pneumatic gate valves, pneumatic clack-valve)

Gate valves and pneumatic clack-valves are controlled in programmable timing cycle.
