The machine utilizes rotary cross cutter for paper sheeting with high speed and precision. Precision heavy duty paper sheeting machine

The machine uses rotary cross cutter and AC servo motor & PLC controller in paper sheeting with high speed and precision. The machine is completed with pneumatic shaftless paper roll unwinding station, electrostatic discharger, paper tension controller, PLC control sheeting length adjustment, counting and tab inserting system and hydraulic controlled paper piling system. This paper sheeting machine can work on various thickness of paper sheets, paper cards and paper boards.

A4 Paper Sheeter

Paper Slitting and Rewinding Machine

Paper slitting and rewinding machine slits the mother roll into several smaller rolls by using circular cutter. Operational processes of paper slitting and rewinding machine includes pneumatic roll lifting, photoelectric auto-error correction, magnetic tension controller, automatic meter-counting, stepless speed adjustment, automatic roll slitting and automatic paper rewinding. The PCM 1300 paper slitting and rewinding machine handles mother roll of width 1300mm. The PCM 1800 paper slitting and rewinding machine handles mother roll with 1800mm width. The paper slitting and rewinding machine can slit 16-160 meters/min. The paper slitting and rewinding machines are at par with international standards. Power consumed by paper slitting and rewinding machine is 415 V / 3 ph / 50 Hz.

Paper Ruling and Sheeting Machine

The paper ruling & sheeting machine utilizes laser engraved flexos and anilox rollers to produce precise and excellent quality print of single lines, squares or pictures on reel papers, sheeted to required sizes to be further processed into softcover exercise books, student notebooks, hard cover notebooks, ruled pads, etc. Tab inserter or ink marking system can be installed in the paper ruling and sheeting machine to separate the paper sheets into pre-determined quantity. Operations of paper ruling and sheeting machine include mechanical paper roll lifting, rotary cross cutter, electrostatic discharger, pinions for sheeting length adjustment and automatic paper piling system. The paper ruling and sheeting machine can also be used as stand alone paper sheeter. Two models of paper ruling and sheeting machine are available including EBM1201 and EBM1202.

Wire Stitching Machine

The wire stitching machine staples printed exercise book cover and
ruled paper sheets. The wire stitching machine also folds and rolls the books to form finished exercise books. The wire stitching machine has four stitching heads. 0.56mm stitching wire is used in this wire stitching machine. Two operators are required to operate this wire stitching machine. The wire stitching machine can handle 5mm thick soft cover exercise books. Stitching position can be adjusted in the wire stitching machine. A maximum paper size of 660 x 550 mm can be handled in this wire stitching machine.
