Method Machine Works, a Malaysia-based company incorporated in year 2000, is one of the best-known manufacturer and exporter of paper sheeting, book binding and exercise book making machines. The company's main aim is to be a one-stop-shop and provide total solutions to the paper converting, book binding and exercise book making industry.

Method Machine is capable of manufacturing and supplying the complete range of machineries for paper sheeting, book binding and exercise book making, from reel-to-sheet paper sheeting, sheet cutting, paper ruling and sheeting, wire stitching, book pressing, book rolling and book gluing, up to the final products. The company also represents Mitec Corporation of Japan and CAIBA Paper & Card Making Machines from China to distribute their various book binding machineries, paper machineries and card making machineries worldwide.

Most of its machineries are for export purpose, and they have been delivered to countries such as Myanmar, Vietnam, China, Indonesia, Cambodia, Jordan and Nigeria.

PAPER SHEETING MACHINE

The METHOD reel-to-sheet paper sheeter utilises a rotary cross-cutter to perform sheeting from reeled paper to paper sheets with extremely high speed and high precision. The designs come with single-reel or multi-reel sheeting, with variable reeled paper width. It also has been designed to cater for various thicknesses of paper sheets, paper card or paperboard (in reel form).

PAPER RULING AND SHEETING MACHINE

The METHOD paper ruling and sheeting machine utilizes laser engraved flexo and anilox rollers to produce precise and excellent quality printing of single lines, squares or pictures onto the reel paper, sheeted to required paper sizes, for the subsequent exercise book making processes. This machine can also be used as a standalone paper sheeter.

WIRE STITCHING MACHINE

The METHOD wire stitching machine automatically staples the manually fed printed book cover and ruled paper sheets, together with a automatic folding, rolling and also book cutting mechanism to form finished exercise books. It has adjustable and high precision stapling position with speedy and streamlined outputs. Only one operator is required to handle the entire operations.

HYDRAULIC PRESSING MACHINE

The METHOD hydraulic pressing machine, performs pressing on the finished exercise books / hard cover books or other paper materials to ensure they are completely folded. This machine is easy to operate and require only one operator for its operations.

SINGLE-SIDED GLUING MACHINE

PNEUMATIC ROLLING MACHINE

The METHOD pneumatic rolling machine performs rolling on glued book covers for hard cover books or ruled paper pads to clear off air bubbles and to obtain flat and even glued surfaces.

CREASING AND PERFORATING MACHINE
