Paper & Board Reels:

OVER REEL-T: semi-automatic, well proven, flexible and reliable reel equipped with motorized primary arms and swing secondary pivot arms.
OVER REEL-XT: automatic reel for wide and fast paper machines; it has primary arms built on an eccentric system and completely independent from the drum supports and there are, like in the Reel-T, swing secondary arms, which are of swing loading type.
The reels are equipped with:

• reel spool loading system
• sheet spreading
• paper density control system
• tail threading system
• automatic roll change devices
• hydraulic unit and controls

Tissue Reels:

OVER REEL-TH: advanced reel for high speed machines, with horizontal secondary loading linear carriages, improve dpaper density control in all stages of reeling, faster hydraulic movements

OVER REEL-TT: most advanced reel for tissue grades, conceived for the high-speed machines.

It can be fitted out also with a spool loading device and, as option, shaft puller and spool handling system, for a complete automatic cycle.
