OVERMADE FORMING SECTIONS cover all paper and tissue grades.

Paper & Board formers:

• FOURDRINIER:  OVERMADE supplies Fourdrinier wet ends for the production of single-ply papers, with basis weight from 38 to 180 gsm, at a speed up to 1100 mpm and the biggest trimmed width that can be manufactured is above 8 meters. The modern version of this forming section designed by OVERMADE features state-of-the-art drainage elements, with ceramic blades and optimum turbulence activity, to guarantee the best sheet formation and structure. The cantilevered design and the whole stainless-steel construction of the framing allow uninterrupted operation, easy maintenance and quick wire changes, for the maximum operating efficiency
• OVER-TD: Top wire drainage unit to increase the drainage capacity of the Fourdrinier wire and to improve formation and fines distribution in Z-direction. Used for communication papers and packaging grades at production speeds of 1300 mpm
• OVER-HS: Gap former for the production of communication grades at high speeds.This gap former combines the roll forming, which gives high drainage capacity, with the blade forming, which supplies further drainage under vacuum, and at the same time redistributes the fiber network for a superior sheet quality
• OVER-HSB: Gap former designed for applications on packaging grades, speeds up to 1500 mpm and basis weights ranging from 70 to 160 g/m2. This gap former combines roll forming with blade forming, which ensures the highest drainage capacity, together with an excellent sheet quality. Pilot tests demonstrated the capacity of this forming section to perform even at higher speed, with 90 gsm fluting
• PAPRIFORMER - OVER-HSP: This gap former is used for the production of newsprint and other communication grades, at speeds in excess of 1,500 mpm. The combination of roll forming with blade forming, guarantees the highest degree of drainage and the best sheet formation.

Tissue formers:

• OVER Former-C: C-wrap twin wire tissue former, designed to produce various tissue grades at high speeds, up to 2,100 mpm, with a width up to 5.6 meters. It is supplied with solid forming roll and with suction forming roll.
• OVER Former-CR: modern Crescent Former for the production of various tissue grades at high speed.OVERMADE has developed four basic versions of this machine, which cover the entire production range from 40 to 250 t/day. The wet end is entirely cantilevered for easy and quick wire changings and the whole construction is in stainless steel for maintenance-free operations
• OVER Former-SBR: inclined wire former with suction breast roll, nowadays used only for special grades.
