Coating

Catbridge designs and manufactures web converting systems incorporating coating methods such as slot die, gravure, or 3- or 5-roll coating. The coating systems can apply adhesives for pressure sensitive end products such as tape or they can be part of a laminating system that adheres layers of material. We engineer our systems for specific customer products and processes, operating conditions and preferences.

For existing process lines, we supply components such as continuous turret winders, accumulators, and unwinds. We work closely with our customers to make sure the components are seamlessly integrated in the production line. Specialized component features such as advanced tension control systems and turret roll envelopers help produce top-quality, consumer-ready finished rolls.
