High Consistency Pulper
Hardayal Engineering offers a wide range of High Consistency Pulper to its clients. the High Consistency Pulper is used in various industry applications. Secondary Fibres to get quality de-inked pulp, Wet Strength Laminated Papers, Virgin pulp, Batch operation at consistency, 12-20% depending on the furnish. This High Consistency Pulper is available in Rotor Mounted on bearing Body and belt drive system with flat pulleys. The advantages of using this High Consistency Pulper is Reduction in pulping time, Less power consumption in comparision wih traditional pulping (30 KWH / ton), No Cutting of contaminents, Low residual flake contents, Low residual stickies contents.
High Speed Rewinder
Hardayal Engineering offers a wide range of Heavy duty Rewinder used for trimming and rewinding of paper web in required reel size. The Rewinding process is done by friction on double drum rolls duly loaded with chrome coated rider roll. Slitting arrangement is provided pneumatically loaded trimming knives. The High Speed Rewinders are MS fabricated with frame proper stiffeners with cast iron slide rail. Rider Roll in the High Speed Rewinder is pneumatically balanced. Pusher roll in High Speed Rewinder is for dislodging the rewound roll on collecting table. Pneumatically operated braking arrangement is enabled in High Speed Rewinder.
Trim Handling system in High Speed Rewinder is provided with Blower and Dual Ventury.
MG Cylinder / Dryer
Hardayal Engineer offers a wide range of M.S. Fabricated M.G. Cylinder capacity up to 18 feet meter diameter and width up to 5.00 meters is in regular production. The scooping system, heavy duty framing of MG Cylinder is provided for vibration free operation. The MG Cylinder is designed to operate on working pressure up to 6.0 Kgs / cm2. The company also offers Dryers to its client’s allover India. The M. S. Fabricated Drying Cylinders with high evaporation rate. The Dryer is available in 1200mm, 1500mm, and 1800mm diameter X, 4800mm Face. The shell thickness of this Dryer varies from 25mm to 36mm. The operating pressure of the Dryer is up to 4.5 Kgs. / Cm2 and specially designed for higher working pressure up to 6.0 Kgs. / Cm2. The Dryer is suitable heavy duty framing in graded cast iron and mild steel fabrication for the maximum coverage of paper at dryer without vibration.
Twin Wire / Former
The Twin wires, which are made of Nylon, bronze, or brass cloth, hold the paper pulp during the time that it is converted from ground wood (which consists of 99% water) to a continuous web (roll) of paper containing very little moisture. Twin –Wire machines are most often used to Produce newsprint and high B/F GSM kraft.
The Twin Wire dewatering system ensures good sheet formation and high dryness. Twin Wire Yields good web strength and allows safe transfer of the web to the press section and the dryer.
