AREAS OF APPLICATION
Disposes of washbasins, washing machines, urinals, bidets, showers, bathtubs, dishwashers, sinks in rooms below the backflow level of the sewer (basement or cellar rooms) or without a sufficient gradient to the next sewage collection pipe. San.iQ one is the ideal, cost-effective solution for the disposal of sanitary units in accordance with DIN EN 12050-2. In addition, the system can also dispose of water from softening systems (brine up to 15%), condensed water from refrigerated counters and air conditioning systems, waste water from dishwashers and hot water.
MATERIALS
Collecting tank (plastic (ABS)), pump housing (glass-fibre reinforced plastic), impeller (glass-fibre reinforced plastic), motor housing and shaft made of high-quality stainless steel.
CONVEYING MEDIUM
domestic sewage free of faeces. Max. 75℃ for 5 minutes.
ENGINE
single-phase electric motor. Thermal sensor for temperature monitoring in the winding. Insulation class B. Stainless steel motor shaft, permanently lubricated roller bearings.
COLLECTION CONTAINER
Rot-proof, gas and odor-tight plastic container with a separate drying area. Volume 11 liters. An overhead inlet DN 40. Two lateral inlets DN 40 with integrated non-return valve, wedge sealing ring and pressure ring. Pressure connection DN32 (Da 40) with built-in check valve. Ventilation opening with activated carbon filter.
PARTICULARITIES
When a certain water level is reached in the tank, the built-in stainless steel pump starts automatically and conveys the medium to the next sewage pipe or sewer. A diameter of 32 mm or more is sufficient for the pressure line. That means little effort, even with subsequent installation, eg in old buildings. The compact design allows installation directly under the sink with minimal space requirements. The new container with a separate drying area also enables easy access in the event of service. Optional components such as the potential-free collective fault message ensure additional safety comfort.
