SEWAGE SUMPS FOR SUBMERSIBLE PUMPS - SKB6

AREAS OF APPLICATION

SKB 6 and SKB 9 are ready-to-connect pumping stations with a buoyancy-proof sewage collection shaft, especially for building drainage below the backflow level. They can be fitted with Barracuda GRP series sewage macerator pumps for use in pressure drainage systems, or with submersible solids-handling channel impeller or vortex impeller sewage pumps of the TP series. For installation locations according to DIN EN 124 with load according to class: - A 15 | - B125 | - D400.

MATERIALS

Shaft (polyethylene), coupling system (cast iron, EN-GJL-250 powder-coated), pump guide tubes (stainless steel A2), pressure pipe, screw connection, fittings (cast iron, EN-GJL-250 powder-coated/ stainless steel A2).

CONVEYING MEDIUM

For waste water disposal containing faeces according to DIN 12050-01 with the pumps of the GRP series,

or for waste water disposal according to DIN 12050-2 with the pumps of the TC, TP series.

COLLECTION CONTAINER

Ready-to-install waste water shaft with fittings, consisting of: Shaft: buoyancy-proof plastic shaft with SKB 6 with 3, with SKB 9 with 5 graduated DN 100/DN 150 inlet connections and 1 DN 200 inlet. Upper connections can be used for ventilation and cable entry. Pressure line bushing. Frame for height compensation ring or shaft cover. Shaft corresponds to DIN EN 13598.

Particularly easy removal and installation of the pump for maintenance: only the pump – without a pressure line – is pulled.
