A versatile machine WIRO 4 consisting of several primary modules that can be supplemented in various ways according to specific requirements. Optionally as stand-alone or inline version. High output even with thick products, and short changeover times. Ideal for calendars, notebooks, books, and catalogues.

6-cut - Book block, collated folded sheets, single-up (2x2 cutting), two-up with separating cut or intermediate cut
Punching block - two separate multiple punching tools, binding hole punching 4.5 x 4.5 mm, pitch 3:1, filing hole punching for A4 and A5
Punching cover - two separate punching tools, binding hole punching 4.5 x 4.5 mm, pitch 3:1
Binding module - RENZ tool, wire-wire preformed, pitch 3:1, binding Ø 1/4, 5/16, 3/8, 7/16, 1/2, 9/16, rolls 20 kg or 30 kg
Labelling- for product labelling, label at any position on lid
Operating modes - stand-alone with automatic infeed and discharge from stack to stack, in-line with collator and automatic discharge to stack
Manpower - 100 - 200 % manpower (depending on operating mode and system limits)
Output - Cycle speed 1'800 - 2'100 units / hour
Changeover time - Job changeover 0 - 5 minutes, format changeover without die-cutting approx. 20 minutes, format changeover with die-cutting approx. 60 minutes, wire diameter changeover approx. 20 minutes
