Robust, durable and powerful pre-shredder!TYRON, the two-shaft primary shredder, impresses with its enormous output of up to 2x 160 kW. In stationary systems, the electric primary shredder is usually used as the first machine in a recycling line. The Viking is the ideal and effective shredding solution. Thanks to aggressive material intake and the intelligent HAAS two-shaft technology, it shreds even difficult materials.
Two shredding shafts are driven independently of each other. This technique brings many advantages. Depending on the material you want to shred, the shaft speed, direction of rotation and reversing times can be adjusted depending on the material. Maximum throughput is achieved as winding up of wires and long fiber fabrics is avoided, throughput is maximized! Compared to a synchronous shredder, the HAAS TYRON reduces wear and downtime.
The solid machine construction impresses with an extremely long service life and high cost-effectiveness - the oldest TYRON still in use today has already clocked up more than 35,000 operating hours!
We configure the tools for your TYRON optimally tailored to your shredding requirements. You will receive a crusher that is suitably equipped according to your specifications and wishes - the crushing tools are even hard-faced ex works as standard!
