Efficient pre-shredder for top performance
The new hybrid version of the TYRON primary shredder complements the HAAS product range with a mobile, electric version . The robust two-shaft primary shredder TYRON 2000 XL 2.0 hybrid scores with the main drive with 280 kW for the shredding process. With 43 kW, the diesel generator is responsible for moving the tracked chassis.
As with the mobile and stationary versions , two shredding shafts are driven independently of each other. You can easily adjust the shaft speed, direction of rotation and reversing times at any time depending on the material. Throughput is maximized by avoiding the winding of wires and long fiber fabrics.
The hybrid Viking is designed for maximum shredding performance. Due to its high level of efficiency, the electric motor offers a clear advantage in terms of energy efficiency compared to the diesel engine. Compared to diesel-hydraulic engines, up to 70% of the energy costs can be saved with the TYRON hybrid mobile .
