ICM is a family company established with the sectoral experience of the entrepreneur Ulusoy Family, which has been producing paper napkins since 1967.
It was established in 1995 by the second generation of the family by prioritizing engineering and R&D studies. ICM, which produces paper garment machines for the production of tissue paper, is completely of its own design; It produces many special parts and equipment for the tissue paper field such as Paper Napkin production lines, Toilet Paper and Paper Towel production lines, Z-fold dispenser towels, V-fold dispenser towels and Box Tissue production lines, various Packaging and Cartoning machines, and Embossing Rollers. markets it to the world.
ICM carries out its own R&D studies with its own resources; It was first strengthened in 2007 by receiving support with the Tübitak-Teydeb project. In the following years, ICM systematized its work with more than 10 Teydeb Industry R&D projects and carried these projects to further stages with the support of Kosgeb.
ICM puts innovation and R&D at the center of its activities in order to develop sustainable technologies; In 2018, it was crowned as the first and only R&D center in its sector with the approval of the Ministry of Industry. He currently has nearly 40 different industrial property rights and many publications in the projects he has produced.
Producing 2 Napkin Machines in 1995, the year of its establishment, ICM has been producing an average of 60-80 miscellaneous machines per year at the end of 25 years, and has started to sell approximately 80% of them to many countries of the world. More than 1,000 machines manufactured by ICM operate in 34 different countries of the world today.
