ASHE Converting Equipment is a family run business and has the capabilities to manufacture 80% of all machines parts in house. Established over 30 years ago ASHE Converting Equipment is able to manufacture machines from 300mm up to 8.7m along with bespoke machinery to suit a specific application. The Products Portfolio includes - , Secondary slitter rewinders, Duplex slitter rewinders, Label inspection slitter rewinders, Doctoring / Reclaim machines. The company also develops and manufactures electronic drives and motor control systems, including DC drives, AC inverters and servo drives.

Primary slitter rewinders:

for BOPP, BOPET and other biaxial orientated films and cast films, covering widths between 4m up to 8.7m wide.

Secondary slitter rewinders:

Secondary slitter rewinders for plain and metallised films covering widths between 2m and 4m.

Duplex slitter rewinders:

Duplex slitter rewinders for flexible packaging products, laminates, films, papers, and label stock, covering widths between 800mm to 2m. Duplex slitter rewinders include highly successful Sapphire S2 slitter rewinders, the highly versatile Diamond slitter, and the economy model ONYX and also Sapphire S2T automatic twin turret for high production volumes.

Label inspection slitter:

Label inspection slitter rewinder covers the self adhesive label industry from widths of 300mm up to 600mm.  Label inspection slitter rewinders include machines for die cutting blank or pre printed labels, 100% inspection systems and also a range of inline and offline turret rewinders.  Label inspection slitter rewinders are available in three web configurations relative to press sizes on the market.

Doctoring / Reclaim machines:

Doctoring / Reclaim machines are used for print inspection, correcting defect materials or poorly wound rolls.  Doctoring / Reclaim Machine widths vary from 450mm to 4m.
