These winding machines are primarily used in printing systems, for example in paper processing and finishing. However, other applications in which web-shaped products such as foils or composite materials have to be continuously wound up without an axle are also possible with this machine design without any problems.In addition to the tried-and-tested design of the AW - C, in which the quills are movably arranged in the side frames, a new version is now available as the AW - S, in which the quills are moved directly on the turning system. This achieves even greater flexibility when accommodating a wide variety of tube lengths and the machine can thus be even better adapted to the most varied of production conditions.The perfect integration into the newly planned or existing production plant is a matter of course for both machine variants. Depending on the design, the winders can be supplemented, for example, with driven rider rollers to optimize the winding quality, a longitudinal cutting device for edge trimming and various handling components.Of course, the respective machine concept can also be optimally adapted to individual requirements; For this purpose, our specialists develop innovative solutions based on their many years of know-how.
