Vacuum is often a good way to grasp different flat materials and products. We have solutions for both dense and more leaky materials.

For porous surfaces, more than one vacuum pump may be needed. If you have leaking material, tests are carried out to ensure function.

Vacuum lift for uneven surfaces

Vacuum lift for large loads

AHG-P-MVG Modular vacuum lift
This very flexible vacuum lift is easily adapted to the product you want to lift. The number of suction cups, type of suction cup and position are changed with simple hand movements.
The control of our smart lifts has a number of interlocks and functions built in, which provides safe and smooth handling.

PD Gripper
With this gripper you can lift details with an uneven surface and you get enough vacuum even if not all vacuum holes in the carpet are covered. You can grip over screws, grooves, holes and other irregularities.
Under the house is a carpet made of cellular rubber. In the carpet there is an arrangement of small holes. The holes are so small that it does not matter if not all of them are covered when lifting.
Loads that due to uneven surfaces cannot be lifted with traditional vacuum lifts can be easily handled with PD Gripper.
