Handling pallets that are stacked on top of each other alternately back to back and stomach to stomach is normally a big challenge. Normally, you are completely referred to manual handling with a high risk of back injuries and also large costs for damaged pallets. With Hofpartner's smart pallet turner, this task is solved easily and smoothly.

The company's unique pallet turner is completely adapted for Liongrip and can handle most wooden pallets. With simplicity, you can pick up pallets that lie on your back or turn right away from a pile. It is just as easy to build stacks of pallets lying upright or every other upside down.

In order to be able to easily reach pallets high up in a pile, part of the height stroke is integrated in the pallet turner, which provides a more ergonomic handling.

The pallet handler securely grips an upside-down pallet by squeezing the middle wooden blocks tightly. An upright stool that should not be turned over is easily handled without gripping the blocks. The stool can simply rest on the forks. The movement of the forks together and apart is completely symmetrical.

The pallet turner is built for pallets with weights up to 40kg. The size that can be handled depends on the weight of the pallet.
