LDX Solutions was formed in 2019 as the next evolutionary step resulting from the 2016 merger of Dustex LLC and Lundberg LLC. This merger enabled us to expand more rapidly and to invest in new product development. However, like in many similar cases, the merger created a certain amount of market confusion. Therefore, as LDX Solutions, our branded identities are maintained under one corporate umbrella and our current and future customers can experience the Lundberg^®, Dustex™, and Geoenergy^® product brands, along with the superior service for which we are known.
