Kyiv Cardboard and Paper Mill Private Joint-stock Company — one of the largest European producers of paper-based products — is part of the Austrian company Pulp Mill Holding. In terms of total output, the facility is responsible for approximately 30% of all paper products manufacturing in Ukraine. Recycled paper is the main raw material used in production, and more than 1550 tons of recycled material is processed at the mill daily.

Kyiv Cardboard and Paper Mill consist of three main production units:

A cardboard plant for the production of coated and uncoated cardboard and containerboard, including paper for corrugated products with total output of 240,000 tons per year;

A tissue plant for the production of tissue materials used for mass-consumption sanitary and hygiene products, as well as for the production of finished goods, such as toilet paper, napkins, and paper towels with total output of 70,000 tons per year;

A corrugated packaging plant for the production of corrugated containers and packaging, complete with state-of-the-art equipment from leading European firms with a total output of 300 million square meters of corrugated packaging per year.

About 700 Ukrainian companies and a series of CIS (Commonwealth of Independent States) countries buy Kyiv Cardboard and Paper Mill products annually. Kyiv CPM corrugated packaging is also used to pack goods for many leading Ukranian and multinational companies. The box and packing cardboard produced at the facility is utilized in the fabrication of packaging for various consumer products. Manufacturers of sanitary, hygiene, and domestic products recognize the superior quality of Kyiv CPM tissue, and ready-made goods of the Divo, MyLova, and Soffione brands have become household names along with the well-known Obukhov65 toilet paper brand.
