Questions related to business transactions, and contractual questions.

We have been there on the negotiation table so many times, and we know where the normal questions and unclear situations will arise.

General practice in most sales will be to use the Letter of Credit, as this is safeguarding the interest for Seller as well as Buyer in a very effective way.

Local transportation, container shifting principals, export declarations, ocean shipping is all the arrangements that we work with on a daily basis.

We work with transport networks around the world to get the best rates for shipping.

We are there to look after the interest of the Seller as well as the Buyer.

During the entire process of relocation of a used machine, we are there to support the Seller as well as the Buyer.

Even if a contract is trying to foresee all the questions that can arise during a project, it’s bound to come up one or two more questions.

These questions are due to misunderstandings, and will have to be settled one by one, to prevent delays in the project.
