Because the water (liquid) ring compressor has the characteristics of isothermal compression of gas, no friction surface, easy maintenance, and reliable operation under the condition of containing a large amount of water vapor and tiny solid particles, it is suitable for pressure feeding chemical, petrochemical, pharmaceutical, etc. Inflammable and explosive gases such as polyethylene, sulfur dioxide, benzene, butylene, chlorine and other flammable and explosive gases in the industry are incomparable advantages of other types of compressors.
When the material of some parts is changed, the compression and transportation of corrosive gas can be realized. In addition, a double-end mechanical seal is adopted, which can achieve zero leakage during the gas pressure delivery process.
Scope of supply of complete sets of equipment:
1. Driving device: motor, reducer, coupling, etc.;
2. Electronic control system: switchgear, soft starter, PIC, etc.;
3. Check valve: installed at the air inlet to prevent the working fluid from flowing back into the system when the compressor stops;
4. Gas-liquid separator: installed on the exhaust pipeline to realize the separation of compressed gas and working liquid, the separator is a pressure vessel;
5. Condenser: installed at the air inlet, the gas can be cooled, and the condensable steam can be condensed to reduce the compressor load;
6. Heat exchanger (heat exchanger): The working fluid used to cool the supply pump must be equipped during the circulating use of the working fluid;
7. Valves, pressure gauges, liquid level control systems, pressure transmitters, etc.
