Control Panel

Whaley Products, Inc. provides control panel solutions for applications that require local and/or remote control. Various control and monitoring devices are available to work in conjunction with a WPI provided process control panel. Proportional, integral, derivative (PID) controllers are available, in addition to standard 24volt and 120volt contact closure. WPI can provide microprocessor and/or standard control systems with an unlimited amount of inputs and outputs to work with. Inputs could range from 24v remote dry contact closure, thermocouple temperature sensor input, pressure transducer input, flow transducer input, voltage/amperage reading input, and others.

Control panels are available in a variety of materials. Some include powder coated steel, 304 stainless steel, 316 stainless steel, plastic ABS, and others. Control panel testing and certifications WPI has to offer outside of standard UL Listings include UL 508A and CSA C22.2 #14.
