Coffee, sugar and flour have been the "masters" of Toybe. For almost 100 years we have been taught to print and make all kinds of bags: from those containing simple products to the most sophisticated.
We make bags suitable for mechanical and manual packaging, with top or bottom filling, in the usual small and medium content formats on the market and, in some cases, customized to suit the client.
The packaging is the image of your brand at the point of sale and therefore its appearance must be impeccable . We will print it in full color and with a matte or gloss finish, to your liking. You can choose the type of bag that fits your packaging system and the conservation needs of your products.

Types of bags:
- Flat bags with or without gussets.
- Square bottom bags .
- Bags with bellows and 5 welds . They are increasingly used in all kinds of products because they perfectly maintain their shape on the shelf.
- Doy-Pack or Stand-Up bags . They can be kept folded or standing thanks to the special shape of the bottom welds.
- Folded and welded reinforced bottom bags .
- Bottom bags with K welds, which when filled make up the base of the bag.
Extras or accessories that can be added to the bags:
- Front or top Zip or Slide closure , with or without pre-cut line for easy opening.
- Degassing valve , which lets the gas out but prevents air from entering the bag. These valves are usually placed in superior quality coffee containers, as they contribute to the best preservation of the product.
- Finishes such as varnishes and special treatments: matte, gloss, sliding or non-slip, with a rubbery touch, antibacterial, etc.
Materials we can use:
- Duplex and triplex complex coils for vertical and horizontal packaging. They are made in complexes of polypropylene, polyester, polyethylene, aluminum and other metallized materials in combinations of two or three laminated layers.
- Barrier materials, special for fresh food preservation
- Complexes for vacuum packaging
- Complex plastic or metallized materials combined with paper (with or without heat-sealable lacquers)

- Complexes with high, medium or low barrier for the packaging of liquids, powder products, in modified protective atmosphere, vacuum…
