Meltblown Media

Meltblown Media

Meltblown Media

Our Meltblown Media is used in respirators, facemasks, cabin air filters and industrial and residential HVAC systems. With liquid grade nonwovens, customers get graded density meltblown filter media to filter potable waters, industrial process fluids, food and beverage products and pharmaceutical and biological agents.

Delpore™ Meltblown Media, produced to achieve high efficiency and narrow mean pore distribution, was developed specifically for air and liquid filtration applications. Electrostatically charged air-grades are used in respirators, facemasks, cabin air filters and industrial and residential HVAC systems. Calendared and uncalendared liquid grades provide graded density structures to filter potable water, industrial process fluids, food and beverage products, pharmaceutical, and biological agents.

Custom Meltblown Filter Media Solutions

Delpore is meltblown filter media that is produced to achieve high efficiency, was developed specifically for air and liquid filtration applications. Our nonwovens easily pleat and laminate to other materials, providing precise uniformity and breathability for applications with strict requirements. A customizable media, Delpore Meltblown Media is created on the most advanced meltblown equipment available. SWM's proprietary processing techniques give Delpore media increased dust holding capacity, which reduces required operating pressure and lengthens filter life.

Air-grades of Delpore meltblown filter media are used in respirators, facemasks, cabin air filters and industrial and residential HVAC systems. With liquid grades, customers get graded density structures to filter potable waters, industrial process fluids, food and beverage products and pharmaceutical and biological agents.
