The NBV pumps are intended for pumping abrasive hydro mixtures. They could transport slag, cinder, gravel, soil and another solids floating in water. Main using is in power and heating plants and varied blow-off systems.

Construction

NBV pumps are single-stage centrifugal spiral pumps with vertically divided suction casing. Hydraulic part consists of volute casing and three-bladed closed impeller, which is solved, that allows transition of solid particles. Mechanical part consists of bearing housing, where is shaft located on antifriction bearings lubricated with oil. The sense of the pump shaft rotation is clockwise facing the pump from the side of drive. The Seal for packing hydraulic part is soft or mechanical.
