Sidhumatic Servo Shower

Sidhumatic Servo Shower is a new innovation introduced by us in Paper Industry which consumes 12-20 m/cube of water/day using Minimum Ruby Jet Nozzles to clean Wire / Felts resulting in reduction of fresh Water consumption by around 70% as compared to conventional shower generally used .

These Showers operate at a pitch of 400 MM with ruby tip nozzle as compared to conventional showers with operate at 100 MM Pitch with normal SS Tip. Showers are in built with alarm system to avoid damage of felts and Wire in case the shower Motor trips during running.

Our showers are designed to be synchronized with the Machine Speed giving Linear Cleaning as compared to random cleaning done by other showers , Further all the showers installed will be operated with a single Panel System.
