In collaboration with a bulb grower from North Holland, Schut Papier has developed a new type of paper that contains 20% tulip bulbs. Until recently, the overproduction of a special kind of tulip bulbs was destroyed, but now that is no longer necessary. By reducing the size of the spheres and processing them mixed with wood-free cellulose on our paper machine, we make a beautiful paper in which both the brown skin and the glossy white inside of the sphere are subtly visible.

Our tulip bulb paper is easy to print by means of laser and offset printing, among other things, and can be easily creased and folded. It is suitable for a variety of applications, including books, folders, annual reports, general printing, packaging and hobby applications. Tulip bulb paper is produced to order in any desired grammage between 100 and 500 g/m 2 and from 2,000 kg. It can be supplied on a roll or in sheets.
