MDV Seal is the umbrella term for our eco-friendly, water-based hot melt adhesive and heat seal coatings.

Polyadhesive hot melt adhesive coatings and Polyfix heat seal coatings are environmentally friendly alternatives to self-adhesive substrates that have been used successfully in the market for many decades.

The special feature of polyadhesive hot-melt adhesive coatings, compared to Polyfix heat-seal coatings, is the long "open time" from thermal activation to the final positioning of a label, for example.

Both coatings can be custom-made on a wide variety of base materials.

Areas of application are:

• Pharmaceutical labels on glass ampoules
• Blood plasma bag labels
• Lining strips for calendars and notebooks
• tea bag labels
• banderoles
