PRE-IMPREGNATED DECORATIVE PAPERS

Decorative papers are special papers for surface finishing of wood-based materials and are used in the furniture industry for eg shelves or cabinets, wall and ceiling panels, profiles, wood-based materials. Changing trends and the highest optical demands lead to individual and high demands on the paper.

In order to obtain an optimal print result, a particularly good formation and high specifications for smoothness values ​​have to be fulfilled. The production of decor papers requires a correspondingly specific technological know-how, which KÄMMERER offers.

For optimum preparation for further processing on woodworking machines, our decorative papers are impregnated with concentrating and solidifying specialty chemicals.

The pre-impregnated decorative papers are produced on our paper machine 3. With a working width of 2.25 m, papers with a basis weight of 45 to 150 g / m² can be produced in more than 30 different colors.
