The ECOREJECT can be used downstream of any last stage device.

The machine that uses baskets with holes (from 2 to 5 MM) or very fine slots (from 0.25 to 2 mm) allow to obtain the separation of small and very small contaminants, obtaining water on one side very clean and on the other a mass of thickened waste with variable dryness between 35-40%, depending on the nature of the treated material.

The increase in dry contaminants is achieved through the pressure exerted by a screw that rotates inside the basket, forcing the water to cross the open surface.

At the same time, the thickened material is pushed towards the front end of the machine, where self-adjustable back pressure systems are mounted to enhance the thickening effect. The squeezing water, free from most of the contaminants, can thus be recycled in a short circuit, therefore less water to the floaters.
