CONICDRUM

The CONICDRUM is intended for the collection, transport and washing of the bottom scraps of the various types of medium and high density pulpers (6-20%) and / or machines used for the separation of coarse contaminants such as Pear, Hydrapurge, Contaminex….

This machine, with the supply of water coming from spray pipes and with its clockwise and anticlockwise rotating movement, is able to carry out a perfect washing of the contaminants and once the operation is completed, the waste is eliminated at the ends of the drum.

The water that drains below the perforated area will carry almost all of the free fibers which can thus be recovered, recycling them in the pulper loading water tank.  

The CONICDRUM, which requires horizontal assembly, is inevitably conditioned by the availability of space between the position of the pulper grid with respect to the ground zero plane.
