Heinrich Brothers offers two types of prefabricated buildings and prefab guard booths. The first type is together and forkliftable, and the second type is not together and is modular. Each type of prefab guard booths and building has its advantages. A forkliftable building is a good choice if you want a structure that you do not need to put together. On the other hand, a modular building is the better option if you do not mind putting the building together and want a prefab office for the warehouse.
Prefabricated Buildings Components:
The components in our prefab builds are of the highest quality. You have several options to choose from when it comes to the wiring posts, panels, electrical components, roof, ceiling, deck, and windows.
Wiring Posts:
Wiring posts in the prefab guard shacks are either 20ga or 16ga painted steel or 6063T-5 aluminum extrusions with a satin anodized finish. In addition to supporting the structure, all posts act as wiring chases and have friction fit (steel posts) or snap in (aluminum) cover plates to allow easy access for electrical and telecommunications wiring. The non-progressive post design allows you to replace or rearrange the panels without impacting adjacent panels or ceiling.
Panels:
Panels are either 1-3/4″ or 3″ thick and available with vinyl covered 1/8″ hardboard or 1/2″ gypsum with polystyrene cores. Other surfaces available for prefabricated warehouse offices include painted gypsum, FRP, 24ga Steel, and cement board. Custom Colors are available in most surfaces, consult the factory.
