Hartmann Valves ball valves of the AST series are designed for use as high-pressure fittings. With our unique, purely metallic sealing systems, they are equally suitable as reliably sealing shut-off valves in liquid and gaseous media with solid content.

• Design according to PED 2014/68/EU, API 6D or API 6A
• Pure metallic sealing systems
• 0 bubble leak rate
• Three-part housing (split body) or block construction made of forged material
• Depending on the nominal size, with trunnion mounted or floating balls
• Anti-blowout shift shafts
• Floating, self-centering seat rings with preloaded spring elements
• Automatic case pressure relief (trunnion mounted balls)
• Line pressure dependent sealing force
• Double Block and Bleed (trunnion mounted balls)
• Interchangeability of upper stem seals at full line pressure
• No electrostatic charge
• Fireproof according to DIN EN ISO 10497 / API 607
