BA 90 with the CFL 110 automatic reel loader and the CL 500 / SP core loader forms a flexible high-performance production line capable of producing all types of plasters on plastic reels and cardboard cores.

• Max diameter of finished rolls: on reels 55 mm. - on 80 mm cardboard cores.
• Rewinding unit with 10 pneumatic expansion winding shafts
• Slitter and unwinder rollers treated with Plasma Coating
• Longitudinal cut: with pressure knives, smooth and zigzag type
• Automatic cut at the end of the cycle
• Automatic transfer of winding shafts from cutter to loader and vice versa
• Time to change size: 15 min. ca.
