A state-of-the-art and highly flexible machine from industry leaders.

This folded Tube Mill can produce B type, multiport and lap seams tubes all on the same base machine. Other more complex tube profiles can be manufactured. Our Special Projects team are always happy to discuss new and innovative applications such as EV vehicle cooling.

• Runs at 150 metres and 300 cuts per minute.
• Quick changeover – change from one model to another easily within 30 minutes.
• Extremely robust machine – handling thin tube stock as low as 0.16mm is second nature
• Capability to produce B type, Multi-Port and lap seam tubes.
• Can be retrofitted to accept other manufacturers tooling (FMC/Scholer).
• All tube lengths and characteristic dimensions are SPC capable to +/- 3 sigma.
• Inline fluxing systems offered as standard, metered screw flux dispense. Option of multiline flux dispense.
• Atmospheric or pressurised flux storage.
• CAC dedicated or hybrid B type tube mill also offered.
