Coating, Printing and embossing processes can be separate production lines or combined to give one production process.

The exact machine configuration is tailored to suit your needs. Coating is typically done by rotary screen with a extra tall hot air dryer so that coating does not become the bottleneck. Alternatively Reverse roll or Knife over roll coaters may be used with the hot air dryers or with the high performance gelling drums.

A high performance drying oven gives the required even energy transfer to expand or cure the pvc and enable quality embossing.

There are also several options for the embosser with variable width and wrap, turretting or standard all being possible.

So by selecting from the options above and by adding other features such as Washcoating, not contact thickness monitoring, or granulate dispensing you can select a machine configuration that is unique to you.
