TWISTER VERTICAL DEPACKAGING & DRYER SEPARATION SYSTEM

The Twister separates pulper rejects, RDF/SRF feedstock, and mixed organic-plastic waste streams into two clean output fractions in a single mechanical pass, with no added water, no chemicals, and no washing step. 

For RDF/SRF processors, the value proposition rests on three outcomes: 

• Fiber recovery — recoverable fiber is returned to pulping instead of going to landfill. 
• Dry, autothermal plastics — outputs reach 72–90% (even 100%*) dryness, meeting SRF quality and burning without added fuel. 
•  Volume and cost reduction — roughly 30% less material to transport, and lower disposal costs because drier material is lighter. 

 It avoids the generation of microplastics, and the mechanical separation avoids the water contamination and treatment load that conventional wet separation steps create.
