Motive steam cooler

The BORSIG motive steam coolers offer the ideal technology for cooling close to saturated steam. Constructed for supercritical pressure conditions, they use motive steam, which is accelerated to supersonic speed in the fitting, tearing the cooling water into ultra-fine droplets at the nozzle outlet and thus ensuring maximum heat transfer.
