Modern distribution and logistics systems more and more often use the innovation of cardboard pallets, which are gradually replacing models made of other materials. This is for many reasons. First of all, the cardboard pallets produced by us are reusable, their light weight does not increase the total costs of transport, and at the same time they are extremely easy to maneuver using forklifts and lifts.

We make cardboard pallets in standard dimensions (2400 × 1200 mm, 1200 × 800 mm, 800 × 600 mm), but also in other dimensions, in line with the customer's expectations. We are able to cut them to virtually any shape, as well as make a reinforced version with increased resistance to moisture. Their size can be easily adapted to the size of the load, adapted to the size of various types of products. This feature not only allows for better organization of space in the transport used for transport, but also makes the product better protected and does not protrude beyond the outline of the pallet, which in turn reduces the risk of damage to the transported goods. In addition, the transport pallet adapted to the outline of the product allows for optimal use of the loading space,which in combination with their low weight has a direct impact on lower fuel consumption and thus reduces transport costs. The paper pallets we offer have many advantages that definitely go beyond the possibilities of wooden pallets.
Their low weight means that our products do not increase the total weight of transported or stored goods. The weight of paper pallets is nearly 2.5 kg, which is 10 times less than the weight of a standard Euro pallet, which weighs 25 kg. The low weight of the transport pallets is important not only for the transport of goods, but also allows you to move cardboard pallets in the warehouse without risking the health of the employee. Unlike pallets made of materials other than cardboard pallets, our products, when empty, can be easily moved by hand, without the use of forklifts and without the risk of possible back injuries. The greater safety of paper pallets than standard transport pallets is also due to the fact that they do not have nails or splinters.This minimizes the risk of damage to the product on the pallet and the risk of injury to the worker when carrying an empty cardboard pallet. The cardboard pallets produced are able to withstand a maximum load of up to 1000 kg.

The production of cardboard pallets generates virtually no waste, so all the material is used. This has a positive effect on the natural environment, and also allows you to lower the unit price. The material from which we produce cardboard pallets is extremely durable and allows the pallet to be used many times. After the use of a paper pallet, however, due to the 100% biodegradability of the paper used for its production, we can easily return it to waste paper. What's more - the aseptic nature of paper transport pallets prevents the growth of fungi on their surface, which is very often a problem when using wooden pallets.
In conclusion, transport pallets made of honeycombs are distinguished by many positive features:

- they weigh several times less than wooden pallets, which is why they have been used, among others, in air transport,
- their disposal does not cause major problems - they are made of paper, they are ecological and do not pollute the natural environment,

- are not subject to sanitary control in ports.
All these aspects mean that transport pallets are more and more often used on the Polish and foreign market and are defined as a product of the future, which will undoubtedly change the business related to transport.
