The biggest advantage of cardboard packaging is its 100% biodegradability. The cardboard packaging produced is perfect for further processing. What's more, their disposal is easy and not problematic, because cardboard packaging is segregated in the same way as paper.
Moreover, the raw materials used by us for their production come from reliable, accredited sources confirmed by the FSC certificate. (The Forest Stewardship Council® is the organization responsible for the certification of forests and all kinds of wood and paper products. Following the certification requirements allows you to obtain wood without affecting the biological resources and structure of forests.)
Cardboard packaging - an alternative to plastic packaging

Bestem offers e.g. book-type cardboard packaging. They are perfect for protecting fragile products, such as glass clocks, pictures or glass kitchen panels, but not only.
The honeycomb packaging will work in this case not only as an insert for an outer carton, but also as an independent outer packaging. What's more, the embossing technique used in the production of this type of cardboard packaging also allows the customer's logo to be freely embossed on the outside of the packaging.
The texture of the face paper of the produced cardboard packaging makes it possible to make any type of printing on them. This feature will certainly help distinguish the product from others available on the market. It will also work well if you want to put a sticker with a ready-made print on the packaging.

Four standard sizes of the filling cell, as well as the height range of boards produced by us from 6.5 mm to 103.5 mm, allow for the production of packages adjusted so that the transported goods are properly secured during transport, but also when stored on store or warehouse shelves.

The design and production process of the bespoke honeycomb packaging is extremely simple. However, it will require your answers to a few questions that will bring us closer to the packed product and the current form of its protection. The following will be useful, among others:
- basic information - such as the name of the project or additional guidelines for the project being implemented and the cardboard packaging produced;
- packaging details (if you have previously prepared packaging) - e.g. packaging material, technical drawing of the packaging, photos of the packaging;
- information on the packed product - material the product is made of, weight, packaging method;
- transport data - conditions in which the product is transported (temperature, high / low humidity).
