BK 216 - Stackable switch panels up to 24 kV

Slim and robust design, expandable as required

The load switching system type BK216 is an air-insulated system with permanently installed switching devices. The switch panels are arc-fault tested according to DIN EN 62271-200, as well as in various station buildings according to DIN EN 62271-202. Due to the robust design and the use of the most modern lubricants, the switchgear is particularly low-maintenance and durable.

field construction

The torsion-resistant scaffolding consists of raised, riveted and screwed sheet steel with profiled reinforcement and device fastening irons. The galvanized switch panels are given a primer and finish coat of grain effect paint. The front end is a single-leaf, alternately hinged door with safety glass window and central lock. All switching operations and the insertion of the slide-in plate can be carried out with the door closed.

scope of application

The air-insulated switch panels type BK are mainly used in local network stations, as well as in customer transfer stations for PV, biogas and wind power plants and in the industrial sector. In addition, our switch panels are used in junction stations for network unbundling.
