Semi Lift Type, Without Manual Override
General Description:
Series 123B Solenoid Valves are SemiLi Valves and do not need minimum pressure differenal for closing; however for opening and geng flow min. 30mbar pressure is required.
Valves are Normally Closed, suitable for general application with media such as Air, Water, Inert Gas, Light Oil (2˚E), provided fluids are compable with construcon material of the valve.
Max. Temperature Range:
For media- Min (-)5˚C & Max. With: Buna
Nitrile Diaphragm: 80˚C and with Viton diaphragm upto 120˚C.
Max. Ambient Temp with Class ‘H’ Coil (+) 42˚C.
Application:
Series 123B Solenoid Valves are ideally suitable for automatic control of media of wide range, requires very low differenal pressure. These valves can be supplied with Viton parts, suitable for vacuum -3 application upto 10 Torr. Valves can be used on gas with working pressure above 200mbar.
Coils:
Series 123B Solenoid Valves are available in Class 'H' insulated (180˚C) coils.
Moulded in Thermo Plastic, containing 40% Glass fibre. All coils are for continuous service, 100% duty (E.D).
Rated coil voltage tolerances for all AC Coils ±10%/-5% and for DC Supply Coils +10%/-5%. Coils are suitable for Connectors Form A (ISO4400) according to EN 175301-803 and protecon class IP 65 as per IEC-60529-2001. 2/2 WAY – NORMALLY CLOSED – SEMI LIFT TYPE, WITHOUT MANUAL OVERRIDE
Installation:
The valves are essentially suitable for mounng in Horizontal pipeline with magnec construcon in vercal and upright posion.
Series 123B Solenoid valves are not designed for Back Pressure coming from downstream side.
