Atlas CW Slitter 5400 Series

The Atlas CW Slitter 5400 Series provides intermediate slitting solution which is available in web widths from 4.2 to 5.4 metres (165 - 212in).

This slitter rewinder is part of a proven platform which delivers higher efficiency, more productivity, higher quality rewind reels, reduced noise levels and more effective operator control systems. 
The compact design of this slitter rewinder is harmonised with the larger Atlas CW Slitter 1040 primary slitter rewinder and features an improved web path configuration. The electrical control cabinets are fully integrated inside the slitter, which reduces the space required for installation and removes the need for floor trenches.
Control of the Atlas CW Slitter 5400 is managed through touchscreen interface and the latest industrial grade computers using process logic controllers (PLC) including a PLC for the safety systems. 
One fully integrated HMI master control screen simplifies operation of the machine and is ergonomically panel mounted.
In addition, every roller on each Atlas Machine is individually driven using high efficiency motors.
