AHGP TYPE DESIGN FEATURES : The AHGP Gear pumps are design for HIGH Viscous non-corrosive liquids. The pump has close cast iron body, cover & large cavity miling cut spurgears and ms shaft. The pump two gears having large cavity and its tooth profiles cut by special type cutter. Small which can use to pump all types of high viscous liquid without any trouble. These gear pumps are alse available with jacketed for handling tar,bitumen,asphalts,wax,soaps,etc.liquidsThe three port Tanker Gear pump or Fighter Gear pump are also available with us, which small is easily mounted on Tanker,Truck,Tractor or any mobile vehicles and work with their drive engine.The pumps are available with different size from 1.1/2" & 2" having capacity range up 400 LPM with different mounting arrangement. To obtain the longer life of pump, it is advisable to run pump at speed less than 290 ±10rpm.

Application : The AHGP pumps are used for Loading and Unloading, Transferring of Bitumen, Tar, LDO, Furnace Oil, Castor Oil other viscous oils & Molasses, Glue etc. At Hotmix Planet, Tanker Loading and Unloading, Bitumen sprayer, Road Paver machine,plants. At Road Construction site above pump are used in road Tanker To Loading and Unloading of Bitumen & Tar directly drive with their engine.
