Energy recycling

For the production of paper we need considerable amounts of steam and electricity. Both will be generated with ecologically friendly gas as the primary energy in a power station with combined heat and power generation and GuD-process (gas and steam combination power station):

The electricity production is both up and downstream of the steam production so that production of electricity for our own usage will be maximized and the specific gas consumption per tonne of paper will be minimized

We need the steam for drying the paper web. Afterwards it will be condensed and in the power station it will be heated up again to steam.

Also the evaporated water from the paper web will be collected efficiently in our heat recovery plants for the preheating of hall ventilation and machine aeration.
