Products are made more sustainable by using renewable resources. We work on providing solutions by better understanding the needs of the customer, rather than offering generic products. Many people ask us why we have such a unique company. The answer is simple: our people. Our team members work every day to ensure we provide quality products in a happy workplace. Our board offers us their wisdom and keeps us on track (and honest, too!) Lastly, we are blessed with mentors who love our vision and want to help us make good things happen.
Yash Pakka, located in Ayodhya, India, is synonymous with machine-glazed varieties of paper. Our brand revolves around manufacturing the best wrapping grades of papers in India. We make MG wrapping papers in both brown and white varieties.
Established in 1981 by entrepreneur KK Jhunjhunwala, Yash Papers started by producing low grammage kraft grades of paper. Beginning with just one paper making machine, they successfully doubled capacity on that machine, then added a second machine in 1991 to more than triple their paper-making capacity. This level of growth within ten years helped them quickly establish dominance over the low grammage kraft market.

We believe in being continuous learners. It is one of our core values and we live by it. In fact, learning permeates our culture. We begin every morning at Yash Pakka with an assembly where we share experiences from both within and outside of our company. We send a fortnightly newsletter with learnings to all our team members. We offer talks by outside experts on a variety of business-related topics and hold monthly leadership sessions. We target monthly and yearly self-improvement goals. And we schedule group learning courses, such as financial literacy training for various teams throughout the company so each understands their role in affecting cost savings.
