ST Paper LLC

 In 2007 ST Paper was founded by Sharad Tak and his son Sahil Tak when the Tak family purchased a Paper Making facility after the mill had recently emerged from an involuntary bankruptcy proceeding in Oconto Falls, WIIn 2012 the Tak's expanded, creating ST Tissue when they purchased a portion of a shuttered paper mill in Isle of Wight, Va from International Paper and helped revitalize the community by bringing back almost 90 direct jobs.

In 2017 ST Tissue announced a brand new, state of the art expansion with Tissue Machine #5 opening in Isle of Wight, VA which will allow the company to offer a variety of high quality, innovative products for the Away From Home market.
