OUR HISTORY
River Valley Paper Company was founded by John Sharp in 1987. John grew the company from a card table and two phones into one of the largest independent recyclers in the United States. Looking to continue growing and enhancing our services River Valley was sold to Integrity Fiber, part of the Indianapolis based holding company Schwarz Partners.
Integrity Fiber Supply was founded in 2014 as the recycling company of Schwarz Partners, with interests in packaging, sheet feeders and transportation. Schwarz Partners was founded in 1998 and has focused on expanding to different segments of the corrugated industry.
River Valley is part of the roughly 2,500 employee family of Schwarz Partners. Our combined resources allow River Valley to be an industry leader devoted to our partners in paper.
WHO WE ARE
River Valley Paper Company is a manager, processor, converter and exporter of various types and grades of paper headquartered in Akron, Ohio, with offices and processing facilities in Yulee, Florida and Kalamazoo, Michigan.
We manage in excess of 30,000 tons per month and market recovered paper to both the large and small independent paper companies throughout North America, as well as exporting worldwide. River Valley continues to grow our converting and roll operation.
We offer long term marketing strategies for mill direct shipments as well as service for loose, gaylorded, skidded or roll stock.
Although short-term scenarios may look appealing at times, River Valley has a fundamental belief in marketing paper for long-term growth and security. We consistently disperse material to end users through fluctuating markets. This ensures continual movement of scrap paper as well as competitive pricing. Our capabilities for scrap paper service, roll management and converting are growing on a daily basis. We have developed a reputation for reliable service and fair pricing. SERVICE
River Valley's success is determined by our service. We place a premium on service. We strive to answer all questions and concerns in an expedited manner. We utilize a combination of our transportation fleet, along with contract carriers, rail and export containers.

100% Recycling Goal
The partnership we develop with our customers is paramount. Our goal is to achieve 100% recycling of all paper. We market cores, butt rolls, office paper and other miscellaneous paper products. We will not be satisfied until we have a 0% scrap rate.
Seminars
River Valley frequently conducts recycling seminars at our partner's facilities. We meet with production workers, supervisors, and management, explaining the different grades of paper and possible contaminated items. It has been proven that an educated employee is a more productive employee. This educational process will generate greater revenues for your facility.
