What a refreshing change to work with a genuinely customer-service-focused supplier like The Printed Cup Company. Though in the scheme of things we are a tiny customer, we are always treated like a very important one. Nothing is too much trouble and our account manager bends over backwards to make sure we get what we need when we need it. A fantastic design team, great quality products, and great value even if you need bespoke products with very short lead times. 

Like anyone reading this, we performed extensive research to find a reputable cup supplier that we could rely on to deliver both on time and of the high quality we expect of anyone that works with Pan-n-Ice. With PCC we found both. Having an account manager and graphic design team that will nearly guarantee a response in a matter of a few minutes has been so helpful as we work under such tight time constraints.

Our other favourite aspect of PCC is their capacity to turn around cup orders from design, editing, printing and delivery in less than 24 hours. Lastly, their extensive range of cups and active approach to promoting environmentally friendly product options appeals to us too.
