We are a paper production company with more than 125 years of history located in Errentería (Guipúzcoa). Since 2020 we belong to the Quantum Capital Partners Industrial Investor Group .
We are currently the only producer of newsprint in southern Europe and the entry of Quantum Capital Partners represents a turning point for us, as we are beginning a strategic reconversion that will diversify our product portfolio and improve our commercial network and our international presence.
This is a new stage in which we begin the production of packaging paper with the aim of becoming a reference in the sector, in the same way that we already are in newsprint. Packaging paper is a growing and expanding market that will allow us to continue growing in a sustained and sustainable manner.
In addition to growing in the business field, we want to exceed our sustainability standards, and for this we have initiated a series of improvements in the environmental field that will place us above the standards of the paper industry.
We are still the same team but with much more enthusiasm, and eager to start this new journey in Papresa , which will take us much further.
Throughout our long history we have been evolving and improving our processes, which has made us worthy of recognition in our sector. This is much more than an evolution, it is a REVOLUTION. With it we want to take Papresa further than ever to continue being an economic and social engine in our environment.
