Panchal Engineering Works as been into manufacturing of Pulp, Paper & Board Plant Machinery since last 35 years. The company was found by late shri Kantibhai G. Panchal. The first complete Paper plant having 5 tones capacity was manufacture in the year 1971.

Horizontal Pulper

Panchal Engineering works offers a wide range of Horizontal Pulper to its clients. The Horizontal Pulper is made from cylindrical shell welded to the end cone on either side supported on four legs. The body of the Horizontal Pulper is made out of mild steel with stainless steel as per customer’s requirements. Cast impeller of stainless steel 410 dynamically balance. Perforated screen stainless steel 316. The drive shaft is mounted on the bottom foundation to avoid the vibration and runover of bearings. Separate outlet is provided for continuous and batch process.

Chest Agitator

Panchal Engineering offers a wide range of Chest Agitators to its clients all over India. The power saving agitators is used in all types of pulp storage chest including high density towers, mixing chest, machine chest and power chest. The body of the Chest Agitator is made up of Cast Iron made with drive and driven pulley.

Head Box

Panchal Engineering Works offers open type Head Box to its clients. The construction of this head Box is complete stainless steel. One top lip with profile bar equipped with adjusting screw for micro adjustment of slice. S.S. 304 evener (Holly Roll) made from 4mm thickness plate with bearing, housing and drive device 2 nos. with gear box. 1 no. S.S. 304 fabricated taper manifold for pulp inlet. The head box is supported on M.S. fabricated stand with moving arrangement.

Turbo Separator

Panchal Engineering Works offers a wide range Turbo Separator used in separating heavy and light impurities. The body is made out of stainless steel with base frame and stiffeners in mild steel economy model is fabricated totally in mild steel with stainless steel cladding in the feed chamber. It consists of a conical shaped body fabricated from M.S. plate of 16mm thickness with an operating door. This is provided S.S. 304 screen of 4mm thickness having 3.5mm hole dia and S.S. casted rotor. The EN-8 shaft is fitted on bearing with .I. driven pully. The Turbo Separator is easy to maintain. Panchal Engineering Works can customise this Turbo Separator as per the specifications of the clients.

Drum Thickener

The Drum Thickener comprises of CI/SS moulds and is best suited for removing excess water from stock. Panchal offers Drum Thickener in a variety of range starting from 2.00 mtrs to 3.00 mtrs depending upon the capacity. Through this Drum Thickener the fibre loss will minimum due its modified sealing arrangement. The company can customise these Drum Thickeners as per the specifications of the clients.
